1. How will home care help me?
We can help you regain or maintain your vitality and independence.

2. Can I have the same aide all the time?
We suggest the same aide or aides depending on your circumstances.

3. How much does service cost?
Costs are calculated two different ways. You can choose hourly or live-in, depending on your circumstances.

4. What is Live-In Care?
Live-in care is for people who are serious about staying at home. Many have promised a loved one they will not be left in a nursing home should their care needs increase. Live-in care allows for round-the-clock care at an affordable rate comparable to nursing home costs.

5. Why do some agencies charge more?
We do not understand why some agencies charge more. We provide top quality services by thoroughly screened, trained, and supervised employees at a rate that families can afford.

6. Can you help me as my care needs change?
Yes! For most people, we are able to provide care right up to the end. We know it is of great comfort to keep working with aides you know and trust. If aides require additional training as your needs change, we have advanced training available.

7. Why should I choose an agency?
Unless you are ready to assume the responsibilities of hiring an employee, the benefits of using an agency far outweigh the difference in costs. We provide professional background screening and training, professional supervision, and ongoing scheduling. If you could do this yourself, you would add hours to your workweek. You protect yourself and your loved one by choosing an agency.

8. Do you have minimum requirements?
For consistency of care, we require a four-hour minimum per visit.

9. What makes Caregiver Services different from other agencies?
Our experience and reputation for providing excellent care make us unique. We are completely dedicated to the people we care for.

10. What hours are you available?
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are available 24-hours a day for emergencies. Staff is available for in-home assistance 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

11. Who is the employer?
We are the employer. You are our customer.

12. How soon can I start service?
As soon as you sign the necessary service agreements, we will schedule staff for your care.
