Making sure that you are fully satisfied with our services is our number one priority. Therefore, at no extra cost, we assign a trained care manager with to all of our clients to assure quality of care. The duty of the care  managers are to make weekly follow-up calls to receive feedback about your caregiver and their services. 

In addition, the care manager can make monthly visits to your home; announced, or announced (during the work hours of the caregiver) to make sure that the quality of their performance is up our standards. During the home visits, the care manager receives some feedback by asking a few quality care related questions, and goes over any care related updates or services.
