First, the 5 stars this Firm already has earned is well deserved, and I would add a 6th if I could. My wife (we are elderly, leave it at that) unexpectedly broke her femur, and after surgery and time spent at an in-patient rehab facility, we realized when she returned home she would need 24 hour help initially, reducing down to day shift only after a couple of weeks.
Second, we had limited time to make appropriate arrangements for her return home, and doing so over a weekend proved difficult due to the fact that front offices of many of these services are closed on weekends.
Third, dealing with 24 Hour Caregivers, a family owned company, was totally turn-key; they handled everything from home care, to visiting nurses to Physical Therapy, by dealing with one of the owners, Allen, who was available 24-7 and very flexible.
Fourth, all caregivers were friendly and caring; obviously carefully chosen.
Finally, they helped make a difficult situation as easy as possible.
