Our hiring process is designed for safety and consistency. Caregivers go through a structured screening process that includes background checks, role-based onboarding, and ongoing supervision. Because we employ caregivers directly, we can set clear standards and provide accountability instead of simply “filling shifts.”
We also use Live Scan fingerprinting as an added safety step. It verifies each caregiver’s identity and checks fingerprints against state and federal databases, helping reduce the chance that someone could be hired under an alias or with an incomplete record.
